		<description>THANKYOU so much for such a great series of photos and comments. I have been to Lao and this was like a trip back without the need to actually go there. Your photos absolutely capture the mood and the fact.

Luang Prabang certainly is charming but I also quite like Ventiane simply because it is so easy. As you remark, the wide streets and the fact that once you have been, you can easily find your way around the place.

I envy the fact that for a few dollars you can swing up from KL on Air Asia and immerse yourself in a different look and feel with the utmost ease.

Again I enjoyed your journey.
